1. Change your password
Once you have logged in, you are able to change your password.
From your local DEC's home library page, click on the arrow beside your name
Click on My Details from the drop down menu
Select the Change Password option on the left hand side of the screen, fill in the details and click save (on the right)
2. Password Reset
From the login screen click on "forgotten your password?"
Enter your user name and click email - a link will be sent to your work email address to reset your password.
Your username is firstname.lastname
